I've got a thing about hampers. I love them. Each year my most of my family receive a new gift hamper for Christmas and sometimes for birthday gifts too. Sometimes I make my own DIY hampers and sometimes I buy them from shops.

Why do I love gift hampers?
Because they are so colourful and each one is unique. Each one usually has a theme and each individual item in the hamper relates to that theme. Each hamper is a surprise, either for me as recipeient or for my recipeient. And when I do make my own DIY hampers, I love to spend lots of time creating the perfect gift hamper so I plan what I'm going ot include months in advance.

Why am I writing a blog about gift hampers?
I am writing a blog about gift hampers because i enjoy buying and creating them. Just like a person who sews will blog about their patterns, or a person who cooks (I do that too!) writes down their recipes for all online ot see, I love hampers. Creating them, buying them, displaying them and finding unqiue and unusual ones to discuss.
